He constructed the company into sharply focused operating division and led a transformation process aimed at enhancing the company’s values. Joint Managing Director

Rajni Singla is managing the daily operations, planning and developing the processes which leads to improvement in the system. She also ensures that business operations are efficient, effective and properly managed. She is working shoulder-to-shoulder with M.D. H.P.Singla to achieve greater heights for SECL.

B.R. Singla is the senior most personality in our company. He has more than 50 years of experience in the construction management. SECL formerly Singla Construction Company (SCC) was formed with his encouragement and full moral support. It won’t be wrong if we call him the founder of the company. Under his strong guidance our company has successfully completed various projects exhibiting premium standards.

Puneet Garg, a Master of Business Administration in Projects is associated with the company as the head of Purchase and Finance department. He is a thorough professional man with an expertise in finance & marketing.
